Ashlee Norman (@ashleenormanhair) is a 2021 #ONESHOT Collab Transformation Winner, educator and platform artist. She has been a licensed hairstylist since 2005 and 17 years into her career, she is more passionate than ever. Ashlee believes in the investment of continued education and before branching out as an independent educator, worked as a salon educator for one of the top salons in Los Angeles. She now teaches an average of 45 in-person classes a year along with her traveling education team and has established her own brand that includes custom professional tools, apparel, and styling products. She is a wife and mother of two children plus one on the way. Her most recent accomplishments include winning a BTC #ONESHOT Hair Award, she has her own booth and classes at the International Beauty Shows and is a Platform Artist under her own brand. Ashlee prides herself on helping working moms blaze a trail of their own in the beauty industry and believes she’s proving you don’t have to give up having a family to follow your dreams.
